How to Answer the following email:

Dear Mr. Recruiter,
It was called to my attention that employees within our Megacorp organization have received emails and calls regarding searches your firm is conducting.

We need to know whose side you are on here. As a client of yours
this is unacceptable and presents a crossroads in our relationship.

I realize you work on commission but we require a reply immediately.
