Frank’s Philosophy:
Frank believes that while it is necessary to be competitive
in any business environment in order to provide our customers and clients with
the finest quality product and service, it is equally necessary to adhere to
basic principals of ethics. To him this
means not crossing a well-defined line of ethics and business etiquette.
He believes there’s a reason why certain fundamental rules
have been time-tested to work over the centuries and millennia. Because, certain rules are there for good
reason: They prevent chaos, fractured families and far greater problems from
occurring while promoting harmony as opposed to discord when ignored.
Frank has been a member of the Our Lady of the
He established several church sponsored “Career Counseling
and Job Networking Groups”. For some
time he ran the Our Lady of the Lake
job networking group … which attracted professionals driving 60 miles plus from
Mid-town Manhattan and surrounding counties all the way to Northwestern New
Jersey’s
He has done what he can voluntarily … as a way of giving
back the greatest skill assets he possesses to the community.
As a result of his philosophy to intertwine faith and
integrity, which is sadly too often lacking from the upper echelon’s of many
corporations these days, into his business approach … he not only develops business friends each year … but each
business friend becomes the equivalent of an extended family member for years
that follow.
Each year his company receives “Thank You” cards, Holiday Photos, Wedding and Birth announcements and
even the referral of second generation adult children of past client’s, who have
reached work age and are recommended to him by the first generation parents
that used his services decades prior.
This last fact, that clients continue to refer their college
age “children” decades later … is among his proudest achievements of all and a
testament to his principals at work.
More recently, he was tapped by his church’s Monsignor to
assist in an advisory committee for the selection and hiring of a new Musical
Director … a position which he admits … was one of the more unique hires he’s
ever participated in coming from a life-long experience dealing with
corporations.
His recommendations and insight to the committee led to the
successful hiring of a musical director which Frank describes as “The first time I ever participated in
hiring an international opera star” as he jokingly refers to the
experience.
When you treat people with sincerity, honesty, ethics, as
well as respect … they will eagerly continue to do business with you, and
recommend all their friends and family members … forever.
