I want to thank those of you that took time to contribute to my first post dealing with the ease of accessibility to vast quantities of “recruiting secrets”.

We had four posts in less than 12 hours! That’s a great start.

I launched www.searchwizardry.com in late December, 2006 (soft launch on trial basis) with an official launch January, 2007. In less than one year  www.searchwizardry.com rose from being non-existent to becoming the NUMBER TWO or THREE (depending on day/week) ranked web site under the search phrase “recruiter training” in GOOGLE.

That’s Number 3 ranked recruiter training site in Google within 6 months! A feat that took even ourselves by surprise! We also received calls from other recruiting trainers wanting to learn just how we did that (it may become a separate training lesson which is under consideration).

If this discussion follows that example we will soon be one of the most often quoted, studied discussion boards dealing with recruiting.

Again, we had terrific replies to the subject of accessibility to “recruiting secrets”. I must now learn to give more meaningful titles to my posts as that last post’s title was not congruent to the subject matter.
